The UCOMux brings modern sensor capacity to legacy platforms, enabling smaller vehicles to undertake jobs normally reserved for more expensive fibre ObsROVs or Work-class ROVs. Where conventional multiplexers are a single large pod, the UCOMux adopts a decentralised architecture suited to compact ROVs.  Four small pods are distributed around the vehicle; each pod independently supports Ethernet or Serial devices and carries its own power conversion. A single topside interface box provides access to the subsea pods.

The DOMINO-7 multiplexer (MUX) is a compact fibre optic system with a wide range of MUX channel and power supply configurations. Offering 3 videos with 10 bit data channels, the DOMINO design also offers 2 x industry standard multibeam ports, consisting of gigabit Ethernet (GBE) communications, coupled with 48 VDC supply voltage, all provided within the same connection. 

1 x complete system (c/w Opto-Link Fibre Optic Penetrator) plus 1 x spare topside as well as some spare mux cards.
