Manipulators

Cougar XT dual manipulator skid.  The skid has been refurbished and comes with tooling pump/valve.

Single function manipulator for inspection class ROV, fitted with SubConn connector and cable.

Electric 12v manipulator for Comex Super Achille and M4 ROV systems.

Hydraulic manipulator, make, model and condition all unknown.

7F hydraulic manipulator, comes with valve pack.

The HLK-72500 7-Way Valve Pack incorporates 7 bi-directional solenoid valves, with pilot checks and flow control in each of the outputs. The external construction of the valve pack is 316 stainless steel and Delrin, which is corrosion resistant. Each function is controlled via HLK solenoid coils, which can be wound to suit many voltage supplies. A full back EMF diode board is also included. All flow and connection ports are situated on the top of the valve pack, which enables the units to be mounted in very confined spaces, especially useful on small ROV's or tooling packages. Two additional ports allow a second HLK valve pack to be connected, as a slave, where more than 7 bi-directional valves are required.

Believed to be unused parallel jaw set for a Schilling T4 manipulator.

Schilling Master Control Unit (MCU) with Gen 1 electronics.  The LCD screen is faded and as a result is hard to read so would likely need replacing.

Parallel jaw set for Schilling Orion manipulator.

Hydraulic cylinder for a Schilling Rigmaster 5 function grabber.

2 x T4 jaws sets, one parallel and one intermeshing.  2 x PCB's also available.
